Built by practitioners, for practitioners

Where we come from

Between us we have worked in e-commerce, pricing strategy, distribution, analytics and finance at global consumer brands, and on the software side, where you get to know every tool in the category. Different seats, but the same problem kept showing up. Sales, pricing and channel teams were each working from their own version of reality. Everyone had numbers, but nobody had the same ones.

Why we built it

Repricing tools are built for online retailers, and they do that job well. We wanted something else: not just a list of who sells our products where, but a read on behavior over time. Which sellers hold the lowest price often enough that it is a pattern, not a one-off promotion. Where grey market stock keeps leaking in from other markets. Who is managed, who is not, and how that shifts week to week.

That is what channel monitoring became for us, and it is still the core of what Online Mind does. Once you are tracking the channel at that level of detail, related questions come into view too. Whether product pages out there still match what you signed off on. Whether the buy box is actually yours. How you stack up against competitors over time. Content Control, PDP & Logistics, and Competitor Overview grew out of the same data foundation, but channel monitoring is where it started and where the weight still sits.

Pricing decisions remain with each seller, as required under EU competition law. What that pattern shows you is a seller's commercial model, whether they lean top line or bottom line, and that is what lets you build a stronger partner strategy and protect your brand's value.

When another tool fits your case better than ours, we say so.

Protect what your brand is worth

Unmanaged sellers. Grey-market sellers shipping across borders. Sellers that are most frequently at the lowest price. These are just examples of what Online Mind surfaces to sharpen your view of the channel landscape, and show you where your brand's value is most exposed.

From data to decisions

Other tools hand you data and leave you to interpret it. Online Mind interprets it for you, down to a ready-to-go Management Report that flags exactly what to look into next.
