Online Mind covers channel monitoring, competitor pricing, content and PDP scoring. It does not cover everything a brand needs.
We have spent years inside brand distribution, pricing and channel teams, and evaluated most of the tooling landscape along the way. If your use case sits outside what we build, we will tell you honestly and point you toward what actually fits.
Not every problem is ours. We'll still point you right.
How it works
Tell us the problem, not the product
Describe what you are trying to solve, in plain terms: repricing your own D2C store, syncing inventory across marketplaces, managing reviews at scale. You do not need to know the category name or the vendor landscape. That part is ours.
We map it to the type of tool that solves it, explain what to look for when evaluating vendors, and tell you plainly if Online Mind already covers part of it.

Vendor neutral, genuinely
We do not take referral fees or placement money from the tools we point you toward. If the honest answer is a competitor's product, or a tool we have never heard of before your call, that is the answer you get.
Practitioner perspective, not a review site
We built Online Mind because we had sat in your seat and evaluated this landscape ourselves. That is the same lens we bring to your use case, not marketing copy from a comparison site.

Where this sits alongside Online Mind
If your use case overlaps with channel monitoring, competitor pricing, content or PDP scoring, we will say so directly rather than send you looking elsewhere. This advisory exists for everything outside that scope.
No referral fees, no paid placements
Honest answer, even if it points elsewhere
No obligation to become a client

This advisory sits alongside your monitoring setup. Mention it when you get in touch and we will factor in what you are already running, so nothing overlaps or gets recommended twice.

Quick Answers
FAQ
Common questions about the advisory
Do you sell or represent the tools you recommend?
No. We are not a reseller or affiliate for any third-party tool. What we point you toward reflects what fits your use case, not a commercial relationship on our side.
Does this cost anything?
The first conversation is free. If your use case needs deeper, ongoing advisory work, we will tell you plainly and agree terms before anything is chargeable. Nothing is billed without that conversation first.
What if my use case overlaps with Online Mind's own product?
We will say so directly. If channel monitoring, competitor pricing, content scoring or PDP scoring already covers what you need, that is the answer, not a detour.
How is this different from searching reviews myself?
Review sites are mostly funded by the vendors listed on them. We are not, and we have actually run these tools inside real brand teams, not just read about them.
What if you do not know my use case?
Then we will tell you that too, rather than guess. Years in this space covers a lot of ground, but not all of it.
