How it works

What lands in your inbox

A management summary with the headline KPIs, the criteria that moved, the outliers worth attention, and a short list of priority actions with the impact each would have on your score.

Underneath sits the detail: monthly trend, criterion comparison per website, and a deep dive on the products pulling your numbers down.

Written by people, not generated

Our team goes through the raw data and explains what it means for your channel. That is the part most tools leave to you, and the part that decides whether the data gets used.

Built for the management meeting

One page you can put in front of a leadership team without reformatting anything. Every statement traces back to observed market data, not assumptions.

FAQ

Common questions about management reporting

How often do reports arrive?

Monthly by default. If your category moves faster, we can agree a shorter cycle.

Which dashboards can be reported on?

Any of them. Channel Monitoring, Competitor Overview, Content Control, PDP and Logistics, individually or combined into one report.

Is it included in the plan?

Management reporting is an add-on. Tell us which dashboards you want covered and we will include it in your quote.

Do reports make recommendations about sellers?

They flag what to look into, based on observed market data. They do not tell you how to handle a specific seller, and pricing decisions remain with each seller, as required under EU competition law.

Can we see a sample?

Yes. Ask for one through the quote form and we will send a redacted example built on real monitoring data.
