How it works

You set the cadence, per view

Weekly, daily, twice daily, hourly, or down to intervals of minutes. The frequency is a setting, not a fixed tier, and it does not have to be the same across your whole catalogue.

In practice most brands run daily across the portfolio and go finer on the SKUs and platforms that actually move.

Why daily is not always enough

Short promotions, flash offers and buy box changes can open and close within hours. A daily snapshot records the state at one moment and misses everything in between.

Higher frequency, better KPIs

Metrics like MFLS are counted per update. The more often we look, the more accurately the count reflects who is actually setting the floor rather than who happened to be lowest at 3am.

Made possible by our own infrastructure

We run our own harvesting and enrichment pipeline in Europe rather than reselling a third party feed, which is why sub-hourly is a setting we can offer at all.

Alerts move at the same speed

Your triggers are evaluated at your update frequency, so a notification arrives when the condition is met, not the next morning.

Quick Answers

FAQ

Common questions about update frequency

What is the fastest you can update?

Down to intervals of minutes. What is sensible depends on the platform and how often its data actually changes, which is something we work out with you rather than sell blind.

Does higher frequency cost more?

Yes. More frequent updates mean more collection and processing, so frequency is one of the inputs to your quote alongside SKU count and number of websites.

Do I have to pick one frequency for everything?

No. Mixing is usually the better answer: a daily baseline across the portfolio, with higher frequency on the products and platforms where a few hours actually matter.

Why can most tools not do this?

Many resell a shared data feed refreshed on a fixed schedule. We run our own collection, so the cadence is something we control rather than inherit.

Can we change it later?

Yes. Frequency is a setting, so you can raise it for a campaign period and bring it back down afterwards.
